Resin Information and Product Care

What I use and how to care for your resin products:

I use Let's Resin and ART(🍁) Resin epoxy 1:1 for all my resin products. Both are FDA approved and safe for external use, once fully cured. Standard cure time is between 8-16 hours. I allow all pieces to be cured for a minimum of 48 hours before being sanded and bathed. They are are thoroughly washed and rinsed to ensure any lifted debris from sanding is gone. 

Due to the nature of resin and hand poured products, there may be slight imperfections such as air bubbles. These imperfections do not affect the quality or purpose of the item.

Fully cured resin can warp and become malleable if left in the sun or in/on direct heat. If this occurs, lay resin piece on its flat side, on a flat surface, in a cool, dark space for 2-3 hours. After which, running the pieces under cold water is advised.

Resin pieces should be stored in a cool place. Do not put resin the dishwasher. Wash with a warm cloth and dry before storing.
